Rules of the house

Parking

Dear guests of Casa Ronda 1: Please park your car in front of the garage and keep the turning circle clear for the other guests to be able to turn their car. Thank you for your understanding.
Dear guests of Casa Ronda 2: Please park your car in the intended parking spot opposite to the entrance of your bungalow. Please back off as much as possible so that the turn and the zoning rocks can be circumscribed without problems. Thank you for your understanding.

Swimming pool

Bathing in the swimming pool at one’s own risk! Water depth is approx. 1.40m.
Please take a shower before and after the using of the swimming-pool and please do not enter the pool with fresh sun screen. It is almost not possible to remove the residues of sun screen (or even worse: sun oil) from the edges of the swimming pool.

Please be careful while entering the swimming-pool and brace yourself at the pool edge. The steps might be slippery.

Our swimming pool is moderately heated via solar thermal energy. In case you feel the pool is too cold, you can cover it overnight with the cover provided to prevent it from cooling down.

Outside facilities

The use of the stairs and the swimming-pool is at one’s own risk. Keep off the plant-beds and rocks because of the risk of accident and also not to corrupt the autmatic irrigation.

Parents are responsible for their children!

Water supply

The water which is processed by desalination plants is temporarily stored in cisterns and is not qualified for consumption. 5l/8l water bottles for cooking and teeth brushing can be bought in every supermarket.

Bathroom

Greater paper usage and the disposal of cigarette-butts, tampons and other sanitary products through the toilet cause blockages, which are hard to be resolved. Please use the provided bins and the bidet.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness is especially important in the southern countries, to keep away ants and other bugs from the houses.
Please consider that food like bred, sugar, meat, etc. should be kept in closed repositories. Bread, cut and also marmalade and chocolate should better be kept in the fridge. Crumbs have to be removed instantly, especially inside the houses.
Only with absolute cleanliness (also of the sinks) you will be spared by the very tiny ants, which are typical for this region.
