The building stands out in the landscape and can be seen from almost everywhere in Charco del Palo. You can also spot the tall tower of your vacation bungalow from the terrace of “your” restaurant in the nearby fishing village of Arietta.
The private terraces are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing without interruption. It’s a great vacation spot for naturists and for those who want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
From the covered terraces facing southwest, you can see the whole village of Charco del Palo and the Atlantic Ocean, which is about 600 meters away.
Kitchen
The kitchen, decorated in the Spanish style, has everything you need. There’s a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more, as well as can and bottle openers. Even an egg piercer is provided.
Living Room
The living room, furnished with leather sofas in the Spanish style, along with individual lighting, reading material, etc., invites you to relax and unwind.
A satellite flat-screen TV, stereo system, and an electric heater, if needed, ensure nothing is lacking.
There are also card and board games provided for both adults and children alike.
Dining Room
Although hardly necessary due to the unique climate and the optimal orientation of the covered terraces, the house has a dining area.
The round layout of the room with large panoramic windows provides an excellent all-around view and ensures a bright and friendly atmosphere in the space.
Tower Room
The tower room in Casa Ronda 1 offers a unique ambiance with plenty of natural light and an impressive ceiling height of up to approximately 4.60 meters.
The direct access to the rooftop terrace and the circular room architecture provide a magnificent panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean, the village of Charco del Palo, the fields and mountains, as well as the spacious maritime garden.
It’s a one-of-a-kind spot for enjoying a quiet evening drink without disturbance.

Sturdy beds in “Nordic” sizes with oversized duvets ensure the necessary relaxation for your vacation. Feel free to choose your preferred bedroom now. Spacious Spanish-style wardrobes accommodate all your vacation clothes and essentials. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with satellite TV.
If needed, a crib for toddlers, including bedding, is also available almost as a matter of course.
